Loofah Gaming's Terms of Service
Introduction
This Agreement is a contract between you (hereafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and Loofah Gaming LLC, hereafter referred to as “Loofah Gaming”, “we”,” our” or “us”). It governs your use of the Loofah Gaming platform and its services (collectively, the “Services”). This includes the loofahgaming.com website, associated software, your Loofah Gaming user account, and all digital tools, content, or Services accessed or purchased through it. This Agreement sets forth your rights and responsibilities as a user of Services and the Loofah Gaming platform. When you access or use our Services you are agreeing to:
You acknowledge that you've read and understand this Agreement, the General Terms, and additional documents from Loofah Gaming, including the Privacy Policy.
You agree to abide by these Terms
You confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
If you find yourself unable to agree with or accept these Terms, then we must regretfully inform you that you cannot use or participate in the Services.
Age Restrictions and responsibility of parents and legal guardians
By accessing our services, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old. If you are not 18 you must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age to have the authority to consent to terms required by the laws in your country. If you are old enough to access our services in your country but not old enough to consent to terms please ask your parent or legal guardian to read these terms with you. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child (who must meet the minimum age for your country) to use our services, then these terms also apply to you and you are responsible for your child’s activity on the services, including purchases made by them. Personal Use License
We grant you, and other Loofah Gaming users, a personal license to use the Services subject to limitations outlined below. Please be aware that this license is strictly for your own personal use and that in certain circumstances, explained below, we may need to suspend or terminate this license. You may not:
Republish for commerical use material created using Loofah Gaming tools and services
Sell, rent or sub-license material crated using Loofah Gaming tools or services
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Loofah Gaming
Personal Use Only
You may use Loofah Gaming, the Services, and the content solely for your personal enjoyment. This means they should not be used for any form of monetary gain, for piracy, or for political activities.
Software Misuse
Engaging in actions that interfere with the Services, such as tunneling, code injection, or modifying API calls is prohibited. Users should also refrain from accessing areas of the Loofah Gaming website or Services that are not publicly available.
Content Ownership
Please be advised that the generation of Digital Content does not give you ownership rights to it. Instead, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. It is expressly stated that Digital Content cannot be redeemed for monetary value or equivalent, and all transactions related to Digital Content are final, with refunds issued solely at our discretion. Furthermore, we reserve the right to revoke this license at any time, without prior notice or liability, particularly in instances of account termination.
Account Setup
To access, buy and use Loofah Gaming Services you will need to set up an account. You will need to permit us to view relevant information about your account, such as basic profile info and your e-mail address.
Account Integrity
Your Loofah Gaming account and the content you access are personal to you and can not be sold or transferred to anyone else. Your access to and use of these services are guided by the our Privacy Policy which may be updated or amended as needed. We will not have any liability to you (or anyone you share your account with) as a result of your or their actions under those circumstances.
Account Deletion
You may delete your Loofah Gaming account at any time, for any reason (or no reason). Be aware that if you currently have an active Loofah Gaming subscription, it must be canceled prior to deleting your account. Upon account deletion, you will forfeit access to all Digital Content associated with your account. Please understand that this action is irreversible, and you will not be eligible for any form of refund for the Digital Content lost through this process.
No Refunds
At this time, we are not able to offer refunds for unused Subscription time or unused credits (“Gold”). We reserve the right to change this policy moving forward and will notify you in advance of any such change.
Moderation Process
If there’s a moderation decision that restricts your access to our services, we aim to provide a statement of reasons, explaining the rationale behind the decision. If you disagree with our decision, you have a 6-month window from the date of notification to lodge a complaint.
Enforcement Discretion
There may be times when we don't strictly enforce every aspect of our Terms. This does not mean we are waiving any of our rights. Loofah Gaming is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all our users.
